Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is designed for you to process and explore your thoughts, feelings, and body reactions to difficult life experiences. I offer weekly therapy sessions with individuals 18 years or older. (*I will make exceptions and support younger individuals and their families on a case by case basis.) I believe that consistent weekly sessions set the stage for success in both a therapeutic relationship and also support achieving your goals in a more efficient manner. It is my hope to help support you and encourage you to become “your own therapist” of sorts, and give you the tools to “fly solo” when you’re ready. My door is always open for returning clients who might want to check in from time to time or re-engage in weekly therapy.

Group Therapy
Live your values through life’s challenges! Finding it difficult to live life in a meaningful way because of painful memories, thoughts, feelings, or body sensations? You’re not alone. Join one of my therapy groups with others looking to learn how to help you take bold committed actions in your life. Imagine being able to live a life where it is OK for both joy and pain to exist together when it is in service of courageously living your values everyday. Increase your psychological flexibility and start living your life, instead of simply walking through the motions.
Open to everyone who is struggling with impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, ongoing distress (e.g., racism, sexism, homophobia, impact of COVID, workplace trauma and/or stress), or other stressor/challenges. *Prerequisite- you must have an established therapeutic relationship with Noëlle to join a therapy group.

I am an out of network provider and do not take insurance. If you would like to use your insurance, it is strongly encouraged that you call them to ask if you have out of network reimbursement for the following codes: 90791 (intake), 90834 (45 minutes), 90837 (90 minutes). Please be sure to ask them what their “usual and customary” rates are as some companies have a session fee cap.
Don’t have out of network benefits? If you are a college or graduate student, are a front line responder experiencing trauma, or are going through a major life transition that is affecting you financially, please feel free to inquire about my sliding scale appointments.
**These appointments are limited and I may not be able to accommodate a request but I will be happy to give you the name of a trusted colleague who might be a good fit.
Professional services
Consultation.
I provide professional mentorship for mental health and wellness providers looking to open their own private practice and/or to navigate challenges that inevitably come with being a small business owner. As an EMDRIA approved EMDR Consultant and EMDR Certified therapist, I also offer group EMDR consultation for providers seeking certification hours.
Supervision.
I offer clinical supervision (PhD candidates, post doctoral fellows, or professionals new to ACT and EMDR) looking for ACT-informed private supervision. Group supervision also available.
Executive coaching.
Use evidence-based ACT coaching in your professional life to feel more fulfilled at work, navigate challenges, lead with vitality, and grow relationships. Stress in the work place is natural. Learn how to lead more effectively based on what’s important to you.
